I called this electrician whose number I received from a friend on Facebook. My house had gone totally dark, and I tried to reset my fuse box myself and seen a spark. I called Shawn and he said don't touch anything I'll be right over I explained to him I was a single parent, and I didn't know anything about fuses or what was going on. He came right over within an hour or so, changed whatever needed to be changed, I no longer seen a spark and my lights came on. Also, a year ago my basement light was out so my kids and I used a flashlight to wash in the basement and find things. Shawn had to use a flashlight as well to replace the fuse box switch. My children and I left until the lights came back on and I asked him to call me when he was finished. I returned home in an hour and not only were the lights on, but he installed a whole brand-new light fixture so we can see in the basement. I was so grateful. I only had 60 dollars to my name until pay day and he told me don't worry about it just give him whatever I could. This guy deserves the award of the year. I have never had service so great in my life and I recommend him to the world... there are people in this world that still have hearts.

A+++ Daimian and crew (Andre and Tony) pulled into my driveway at precisely 9:30 am for the 9:30 appointment. After a quick assessment, he went over the specifics of the "Big Deal" and explained what/why a few extras were recommended. We agreed on a fair price and Andre and Tony got straight to work. It took almost 4 hours for them to complete the work. They were efficient and thorough- making sure that everything was working as it should. Despite my protest, they insisted on sweeping up after themselves!!! I highly recommend them.

The representative came out to the house and realized that I didn't need to rewire the project as I originally expected. He ran out and purchased the part, installed it and verified that the product was working. Very professional, and courteous. I will be using them for future service calls. The service was very good. Not only did he fix the shorts in the plugs, changed out the switches, and replaced two light fixtures, he also gave us a future estimate that will be good for a while. The new items replaced were brand new and he didn't up charge for the parts. Where the molding had to be fix, you couldn't even tell the difference. The electrician was very patient. He explained everything he did and made sure we understood. I am telling everyone I know about Mr. Jackson. He is a wonderful guy.

Everything went great. Luminaire is professional, conscientious, and very responsive. Damian's ability to finish was interrupted for quite a long time, because he had to wait for the kitchen/bathroom contractor to finish his part of the project. I offered to pay him for his partial work done, but he said he didn't want to take the balance until he had finished his work. That made a big impression on me. Also, we had a few smaller fixes we needed after the big project, and they were always quick to respond. I highly recommend Luminaire.

Bobby came to give us an estimate, and explained everything that would be involved in the work - the good and the bad. He gave us a fair estimate, told us how long the work would take, and was responsive in doing the work when we needed it. He and his co-worker arrived promptly on time and carefully went about the job. They offered solutions to issues and were extremely patient with all questions. The work was done a bit ahead of schedule, and we could not be happier. We have additional electrical needs, and these guys are the ones we will call.

The best contractor experience ever! The owner Damien came over with Andre to assess the situation. No one else wanted to install my fan because it was too High. The next day Andre and Tony arrived...on time and was finished in 2 hours. They were extremely professional and just all-around nice guys!
